1) Customer submits design

2) Our Engineering and Quote department will provide a response within 3-5 business days or sooner, if required.

3) Quotes are held for up to 10 days allowing for customer review

4) Once the job is started, our engineering and production staff will review the job again before release to the floor for any design improvements (cost or fabrication) and will notify you with any recommendations for areas of potential savings.

The outside processing vendors that we use for painting, plating and silk screening each have 30+ years in the respective fields and produce a high quality product.

All of our suppliers are within the EU Directive 2/95 for ROHS Compliancy.

We also provide ROHS consultation sevices to our customers on ROHS compliancy solutions for their products.

CPC has built a reputation on its valued relations with its customers and suppliers. We believe that by treating our customers and suppliers as partners we can generate a higher success rate for all involved and with this in mind, we offer our larger customers services such as inventory management and warehousing of their stock for up to 60 days.

We can build to forecast or we can offer a safety stock option to alleviate spikes in sales.

Additionally we maintain a large inventory of materials to satisfy our customers with quick turn around needs and most materials are delivered to us within 24 hrs. to expedite production runs as necessary. To produce a quality product we start by using the highest quality materials available and work closely with several very reputable and large suppliers throughout the country to procure our metal and hardware.
